Statement by“No to Antisemitism” on the Occasion of Passover

Passover, the eternal festival of freedom, commemorates the liberation of the Jewish people from bondage, the triumph of human dignity over oppression, and the return to the Promised Homeland. It is a historical narrative that today echoes the shared destiny of Jews and Iranians.
This year, this message carries a deeper meaning for the people of Iran—a nation that, after 47 years, longs for liberation from tyranny and the restoration of freedom, seeing before it a path that parallels the ancient story of Passover.
In these days, the freedom of Iran, the liberation of Iranians within the country and the possibility for Iranians abroad to return to their homeland resonate in the prayers of many Jews around the world—
in the hope that freedom will not remain a distant dream, but becomes a lasting reality for Iran and all Iranians.
