Why Say No to Antisemitism?

Perhaps the most complete definition or explanation of the phenomenon of “antisemitism” in recent years is comparing it to a “virus.” “A virus that has changed its form throughout history according to social and political conditions and has caused destruction and bloodshed in human societies.”

At one time, hostility toward Jews was due to their belief in a single God; at another time, they were hated and attacked for not believing in the promised Messiah. Later, in Arabia, they were accused by a prophet of not following the Torah, and through force and violence, they were compelled to change their religion. Then, in 19th and 20th-century Europe, Jews were treated as an inferior race, subjected to abuse and discrimination, and ultimately became victims of the most widespread and well-documented genocide in human history: the Holocaust.

But history always repeats itself. In contemporary times, under the guise of “defending the oppressed Palestinian nation,” antisemitism has turned into a demand for the disarmament and destruction of Israel — the only refuge and place of self-defense for the Jewish people.

The founders of this website have launched this initiative with the goal of raising awareness and providing information about this oldest social disease in human history. We hope that the people of Iran and other Persian-speaking communities will join us in the slogan: “No to Antisemitism.”
