“Palestine” flag flies at Tomb of Esther and Mordechai in Iran

The next couple of days coincide with the celebration of Purim by Jews all around the world. This has a history of over 2400 years. It commemorates the occasion of the fall of an “evil” minister named Haman who wanted to annihilate the entire Jewish community in the Persian empire.
Contrary to regime antisemitic propaganda, no crime was committed against Iranian people, and instead, the non-Iranian prime minister who plotted against the Jews was exposed through Mordechai and his cousin Queen Esther and the planned massacre did not transpire. Instead Haman and his followers were eliminated.
Now the anti-human and anti-Israel Islamic Republic regime is acting exactly parallel to the history of Purim. Hamas, their agents in the region, clearly acted the plan to massacre Israeli people on October 7, 2023, exactly like Haman.
By raising the flag of “Palestine ” on the tomb of Esther and Mordechai in Iran during these days that site is visited by Jews and the defensive war of Israel against Hamas wages on, the regime shows its deep enmity towards Jews. This is contrary to their propaganda that they differ between “Judaism and Zionism”.
The antisemitic actions of the regime is the cause of over 90% of the ancient Iranian Jewish community to leave their 2700 hundred year home.

We expect all freedom-loving and patriotic Iranians as well as the international community to condemn the Islamic Republic of Iran’s schemes.
Iranian people well know that people of Israel and Jews around the world stood by the Iranian people during the “Women, Life and Freedom” movement and continue to do so in their struggle.
